There are two types of breaks (short term rest). First is called tiredness and second is called fatigue.

Tiredness is natural recurring feeling which is caused by doing long term work. Here term “work” means both the mental and physical work.

Fatigue is also known as tiredness, reduced energy, physical or mental exhaustion, or lack of motivation. Causes of fatigue can be psychological, physical and mental. In short words, Fatigue is a state when human body always and in long term feels low in energy and motivation. This is disease and fatigue problems should be treated by doctor.

So in this article, I am explaining about the problems related to “Tiredness”. Or in simpler words, how to work effective and efficient when you feel low in energy.

Doing work without taking a break is like writing something with pencil without sharpening it.

Break is not a wastage of time but it’s act as a fuel and refresh your mind and you can make your short-term break into long term benefit.

3. Walks with deep breathing

 Walking freely with a deep breath is the best way to regain your energy levels and refresh your mental health. While walking try to feel and live in the moment. Don’t think about your past or your future, just enjoy your present.

4. A hobby is a medicine.

 Doing a hobby at breaks can satisfy your mind and makes you even better. If you want to do something productive in breaks then try to involve in your hobbies.

5. Drink plenty of water

Drinking water while doing job or work can really maintain your energy levels and mental energy. I personally prefer this because drinking water while doing your work, job, study or anything else can make you feel fresh always and the mineral present in water maintain to transfer all signals and energy in your whole body.

Yes, it’s my first blog post on this platform. I worked before in making some other blog post in my job. But I am not here just to write my unwanted story! I am here to show how you can actually start your own blog.

In our life, there is a stage where everyone thought to start some blogging or social media Influencing market to earn online money at home. It’s a good decision and blogging will make your fortune. But if we all want to become blogger then why there are few bloggers out in the market?

Just because after planning and thinking, they all are executing their plan and directing there work.

The things in your brain will not going to happened automatically if you do not put your efforts in it. So it is important to execute what you are planning. Probably there are hundreds of negative point in your plan. Like

  • What will I do after starting my blogging or business?
  • How it is not wasting my time?
  • Is this the time to start what I am thinking?
  • Is there are some success?

And many others.

I faced these all questions. And there is only a way to find an answer. Just do whatever you thinking or planning. What are the false and risks? I’ll say many but risk makes you man. In corporate world higher risk means higher profits. So start your dream work. Just try!

Without diving you cannot measure the depth of sea.

So hey congrats! You started to actually work on your plan. You are energetic, full of joy and happy because now you are feeling that the burden in your mind is actually decreasing.

  • Let’s stop this nonsense and find some serious jobs.

These are just thoughts of your monkey mind who want to save energy as we do in our evolution. But now we have enough food and enough resources then it’s good to not hear what your monkey minds says to your human mind.

Human mind can be Influence by any one. So it’s easy to makes us fool and drop us down.

But human mind is glorious and most amazing thing but it always Influenced by our emotions. So you have to shut your mind doors and try to not hear what your monkey minds saying to rest or this is not make your future etc.

You gotta train your mind to be stronger then your emotions or else you will loose yourself anytime.

Now it’s time to get real congratulations because you start your blogging and what you thinking.
